Service Description

img.lu lets you compress and convert images to modern, lightweight formats. Uploaded images are processed temporarily and returned as downloadable files. We do not offer permanent hosting or storage.

User Responsibilities

You must: - Have the necessary rights to upload and process the images you submit - Not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content - Not abuse the service (e.g., excessive automated requests that could affect availability)

We reserve the right to refuse or limit service in case of abuse.

Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your images. By uploading, you grant us a limited license solely to process them for the requested conversion.

All rights in the img.lu service, design, and technology remain with us.

No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific compression results.

To the extent permitted by Luxembourg law, our liability is limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
